Perovskite Oxides: Unlocking opto-electronic potential using abundant elements and low temperature synthesis
Résumé
The aim of this work is to develop an optoelectronic pn junction component using doped metal oxide semiconductors (SrSnO₃:Sb@SrSnO₃:Al), synthesized within an eco-friendly and sustainable development framework. The project encompasses the low-cost, simple, and scalable synthesis of these materials, particularly via the sol-gel process, and their integration as light absorbers or barrier layers in high-efficiency solar cells. Additionally, the synthesized materials hold potential for other optoelectronic applications, such as LEDs.
